As Executive Chairman of Antara Senior Living, Tara’s aim is to give a new dimension to senior living in India. She is also the Non – Executive Director on the Board of Max India Ltd and oversees future business initiatives at Max Group. Tara is also a Director at Max Healthcare. She is actively involved in The Leeu Collection which is her family’s international hospitality business with hotels in U. K., South Africa and Italy. Tara is also the Managing Trustee of Max India Foundation, which represents Max Group’s social responsibility efforts. With an extensive education and experience across the world, and as a keen learner throughout her journey at Max Group, Tara has imbibed the values of Sevabhav, Excellence and Credibility. A natural leader, she represents the dynamic new cadre of young women entrepreneurs in India. A globetrotter, she’s deeply rooted in India by her love for family and country. Reshma Piramal heads operations at SEE Learning India. The SEE Learning Program® is Emory University’s K-12 education program that promotes Social, Emotional and Ethical Learning in educators and their students. She is committed to fostering a compassionate culture in schools through training of teachers and their students. She is a Developmental Speech and Language Therapist by training, having completed her Masters Degree at City University in London. Her area of interest has been ‘children at risk of reading failure’. Reshma is the Co-Chair of UNESCO MGIEP’s Global Working Committee for SEL and Emory University certified Senior CBCT® (Cognitively-Based Compassion Training) Instructor.

With over a decade of work experience in the corporate and non-profit sector, Neha is deeply passionate about working with Children and Youth. Having worked in Training and Development and the Executive Search business in the past, Neha gets her energy from engaging with people and facilitating groups. In her previous role as a Sr Program Manager with Piramal Foundation for Education Leadership (PFEL), she was engaging young change leaders to discover and chalk out their social impact journeys through Self Change. At PFEL she co-designed and managed The New Millionaire Program - an Executive Learning initiative for the Alumni supporting social entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs. She has contributed her time at Manzil – a not for profit organization in Delhi and at the Global launch of the SEE Learning Curriculum. She currently leads Head the Operations at SEE Learning India to support schools and organizations to implement SEE Learning in their context and train educators for the same. Neha holds a Post Graduate Degree in Commerce (Business Management) from University of Mumbai. She is a co-chair of UNESCO MGIEP’s Global Collective Working group for SEL and Emory University certified Senior CBCT® (Cognitively-Based Compassion Training) Instructor. When not working, she is seen experimenting with food and polishing her baking and culinary skills.
